A Florida pizza chain felt the bite of some NYC attorneys who said their disclaimers were too small and very hard to see on their website. In a prior settlement, the pizza chain was supposed to use obvious and clear disclaimers on their website, menus and boxes because they were using an NYPD (shield logo) for advertising purposes.
